I’ve been online for a while.
I grew up before the internet, built websites when blogs were new, and somehow arrived in the age of AI.
The short version
Still curious.
Still making sense of it.
I’m Dino. This site is my place to think out loud about technology, making things, getting older, and adapting when the world changes faster than expected.
I have seen the web move from personal homepages to blogs, social platforms, smartphones, and now AI. I’m less interested in predicting what comes next than in noticing what all of it does to ordinary life.
Now, in my late forties, I find myself returning to something that once felt completely normal: having a small, independent place on the internet. A place that is not shaped by a feed, a client brief, or whatever happens to be trending that week.
I’m writing from experience, but not from a pedestal. Some posts will be lessons. Others will be questions I am still carrying around. Both belong here.
I do not have everything figured out. That is part of the point. I share what I learn, what I question, and the occasional thing that only makes sense after stepping away from the screen.

Technology, without the theater
I’m interested in where new tools are genuinely useful, where they are not, and what they change about how we work.
Making things to understand them
Websites, systems, experiments, and the lessons that usually appear somewhere between the plan and the finished thing.
A life still in progress
Getting older has not answered every question. It has made me more comfortable admitting which ones I am still figuring out.

No grand plan carved in stone. Just useful ideas, lived experience, and enough cat mischief to keep things from becoming too serious.
